Cultivation process

Samidori matcha leaves are shade-grown for 20–30 days before harvest, a technique that enhances chlorophyll and amino acid levels, giving the matcha its rich green color and natural sweetness. After harvesting, the leaves are steamed, dried, and stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder, preserving their delicate flavors.
